Terms & Conditions

* Please double check complete and accurate DELIVERY INFORMATION NEEDED PROVIDED to avoid delay of DELIVERY and for us to accurately process your order. Sender is responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information. Any delay or non-delivery due to sender’s incorrect delivery information, sender will still be charged.

* Orders will be verified, validated and confirmed only once settlement of full payment will be confirmed.

* Flower arrangements posted in our website may vary. Colors of flowers, kinds of vases & shapes/designs of balloons may not always be available or meet our customer’s quality standards. In that case, substitutions may occur with an equal or higher value to deliver the flowers on time. Roses are available every day in red, white and fuchsia pink color.

* On the noted special occasions like Mother’s Day and Valentine’s Day our suppliers increase their prices due to high volume demand in that case we also opt to increase our prices but we will return to regular price after that covered occasions.

* Minimum amount is required for outside Metro Manila or Provincial delivery areas. NO provincial deliveries on Sundays and Holidays, Mother’s Day and Valentine’s Day. We do not commit time of delivery during Mother’s Day and Valentine’s Day.

* If requested, sender will be notified after delivery of flowers to recipient.

* No cancellation a day before the desired delivery date. For any changes or special request contact us immediately. No return, no refund for product quality problem if the delivery address given by the sender is incorrect, re-route delivery address by sender’s request, not being present or no one else can receive the flowers in behalf of the recipient at the delivery address and improper handling of flowers by the recipient. Please understand that our product is perishable, to avoid these incidents please provide accurate delivery details.


Additional P300.00 DELIVERY FEE for the re-routing of deliveries to a different location or recipient.


* Refusal of delivery of flower arrangement by the recipient is still considered as valid delivery.

* We will not liable for delays or non-delivery due to natural calamity and weather conditions or other reasons beyond our control.

* We replace flower delivery without charge if it is company’s fault. However, complaints will be entertained within 48 hours only from the time of delivery.
